* Added configure system (autoconf) to make it easier to compile the code.

* Changed units of solar_crnu weights and fluxes to be cm^-2 s^-1 instead of
  m^-2 s^-1. This affects both solar_crnu output and wimpevent output. The
  change was made to make the units more similar from WimpAnn and solar_crnu
  runs (now the only difference is annihilation^-1 -> s^-1).
